1. Service Description
Jovanetić Stays provides premium furnished apartments for short-term and extended stays in Belgrade, Serbia. Bookings are made through Airbnb or by contacting us directly.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings submitted via our website contact form are treated as inquiry requests until explicitly confirmed by us. For bookings made through Airbnb, the Airbnb terms of service apply. Direct bookings are confirmed via phone or message.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation policies vary by booking platform. For Airbnb bookings, the cancellation policy displayed on the listing applies. For direct bookings, please contact us to discuss cancellation terms.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
5. House Rules
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Specific house rules are provided at check-in and may include quiet hours, smoking policies, and pet policies as applicable to each property.
6. Liability
Jovanetić Stays is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including building maintenance, utility interruptions, or force majeure events. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues promptly.
7. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia.
